12. Payments and No Refund Policy

All payments made to Franchise Next for services including but not limited to event participation, registrations, recognition programs, promotional services, listings, sponsorships, consultancy, or any other paid services are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.
